The Curriculum (Your Role):Seesaw is looking for an experienced cross-functional marketing lead to drive the growth of our new curriculum business, Seesaw Lessons. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the  teams responsible for the success of Seesaw Lessons including marketing, sales and implementation.
Your Classmates (The Team):This role reports into the COO. In addition to building out the cross-functional team to support the business goals of Seesaw Lessons, you will be coordinating closely with the Head of Curriculum Development, Customer Success, New Sales and Product teams.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Own the curriculum business strategy and execution including packaging and pricing, go-to-market and overall growth and performance of curriculum products.
  • Keep all go-to-market teams prioritized, focused and coordinated, including marketing, sales, curriculum development and product.    
  • Drive positioning, messaging with the launch of new curriculum releases, and adapt in response to market feedback.    
  • Own reporting and performance metrics for the Lessons business and keep company leadership updated on go-to-market progress.
  • Our curriculum business is young and needs your enthusiasm and expertise. However, this business is still unknown and will require you to be adaptable and willing to grow with the business.

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Product Management with leadership experience in driving new product adoption (EdTech experience not required, but a plus).
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator with an ability to bring people along with your vision.
  • Ability to clearly communicate your viewpoint both verbally and written based on experience, data, and logic along with strong analytical skills.
  • Anyone you’ve managed would say you are a dedicated, supportive, and motivational manager. You lead teams with empathy and strive to be a great teacher and coach to your team members.
