What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading our DEI and events committees, coordinating committee members, and enabling Truepill employees to take part in the events
  • Lead the production and communication of diversity metrics to impact hiring targets and to derive trends in attrition
  • Train Truepill employees on inclusivity across all areas of business. I.e. Meetings, stand ups, emails, accessibility, and unconscious bias
  • Coordinate with the compensation manager to deliver iterative equity reviews
  • Drive our culture towards DEI becoming completely assimilated into each employee’s daily life
  • Develop tools and resources to enable individuals passionate about DEI to enact change in their area of Truepill
  • Deliver DEI-focused business reviews to the leadership team
  • Develops, plans, executes, and owns strategic short- and long-term community partnership operational goals and objectives and serves as a community partner to deliver impactful tools, resources and connect them with Truepill subject matter experts in support of equal equity
  • Partner with the Marketing & Communications and Recruiting teams to communicate efforts and results internally and externally (including our people, customers, stakeholders, and candidates)
  • Actively lead and support efforts to build awareness and trust within underserved communities
  • In collaboration with the DEI Ambassador committee, develop, refine and/or execute various deliverables, including DEI needs assessments, program/work plans, summative reports, recommendations memos, presentation decks, etc.

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive with ambiguity in fasted-paced, scrappy and matrix work environments, someone successful in this role will be proactive in engaging stakeholders, can learn quickly, and requires minimal hand-holding
  • You’re the kind of person who Googles problems and tries out solutions before asking for direction
  • 5+ years of professional experience driving improvement in DEI or DEI-related field
  • Experience in communicating data and using metrics to drive meaningful change
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must show experience in project/program management
  • Experience in or exposure to High-Growth Startups, Recruiting, Management Consulting, People teams is strongly valued
  • Experience with or interest in healthcare, especially in Pharmacy, Diagnostics, or Telehealth, is strongly preferred.
