In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join the Core Operations team and help scale Cash Operations processes
  • Take ownership of essential projects which will in turn, stand up the operational processes needed to support product feature launches
  • Be the voice of the Operations team and advise on key business decisions as it relates to our Cash product
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including product, engineering, client experience, and risk teams
  • Make recommendations to improve existing Core Operation processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and scalability
  • Problem solve to ensure product and customer services are supported, creating the best possible experience for our clients
  • Train and collaborate with other Cash Operations team members and support each other

Skills we're looking for:

  • Problem solving - if something seems off, you want to figure out what’s going on; you enjoy navigating uncertainty, bringing clarity to ambiguity and don’t wait for a playbook to be written
  • Data & analytics - has a history of using data to answer complex problems; SQL & modelling skills are an asset
  • Collaboration - excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with various team members
  • Proactive & assertiveness - acts without being told what to do; taking full ownership over work and proactively seeks help and input when needed
  • Efficiency & action-oriented - ability to produce significant output with minimum wasted effort; finds the path of least resistance to the problem definition, solution and execution
  • Communication - Speaks plainly and truthfully. Communicates complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience (e.g. engineering, 3rd party vendors, growth/operational teams, executive team)
  • Organization & planning - Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets in a productive manner, allowing for a focus on key priorities
  • Honesty/integrity - doesn't cut corners; does what is right, not what is politically expedient
