We have huge ambitions and are looking for stellar candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to use cutting-edge AI to solve real-world business problems.We are looking for driven Product Designers (at different levels) to shape Cresta’s suite of enterprise products. While Cresta's ML experts develop cutting edge solutions to empower products, as designers we feel like we're in a unique position to change the way people interact with AI in a meaningful way. There are countless interesting UX challenges, and a bunch of highly impactful projects in the pipeline. You'll own the end-to-end process - product design, user research, and visual design elements, to build world-class experiences.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll come up with novel UX ideas on how text-based ML features we develop will assist and coach people
  • You’ll think through user and business problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, prototype to explore further, and work with engineers to build them
  • You're actively involved in defining product strategy and feature requirements
  • You'll be constantly talking to our customers from contact centers - to reveal user pain points before developing, and to validate features and improve usability while/after developing
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Engineers, PMs, ML experts, Customer Success, and Sales
  • You’ll be the design advocate and push for the highest quality of the polish
  • You’ll have good judgement of when to ship: perfect is the enemy of good

Preferred qualifications

  • Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 3+ years equivalent industry experience
  • Product Thinking + a blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research)
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, Principle, inVision, or Adobe Creative Suite. Or front-end development using Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Portfolio showcasing simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems
  • Experience in building enterprise software, AI products, or productivity/collaboration platforms
  • Bonus if experience in data visualization or dashboard information design
  • Inquisitive. Adaptable. Fast learner. Team player
