Marketing Engagement Manager is an out-of-the-box thinker who will drive patient engagement, with a primary focus on nurturing new enterprise clients from implementation through their first year on our platform. Marketing Engagement Manager is responsible for creating strategy that leads patients from the top of the funnel to conversion as a patient; an ability to work equal parts of “left brain, right brain,” with the ability to create impactful marketing campaigns, as well as execute and track initiatives that roll up to marketing KPI’s.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing responsibilities related to new client implementations
  • Partner with the Client Success team to plan an execute marketing programs that drive year one engagement for new clients
  • Measure, track and report on client marketing activities, with the ability to pivot when initiatives are not performing
  • Work with clients to segment their population to drive initial adoption and on-going engagement
  • Develop new client educational decks and best practices as resource for new clients
  • Using our patient profiles, cohorts and brand persona’s, establish insights that will lead to actionable recommendations to drive engagement

Requirements

  • Experience managing adoption, engagement and retention focused programs
  • Experience in leveraging multiple channels to execute and manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics
  • Ability to work with creative and technical teams
  • Innovate and assist with developing new processes while maintaining flexibility in an evolving environment
  • Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills
  • Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Graduate of a Marketing BS or Masters degree program.
  • 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of digital marketing
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.
  • Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).
