The BDR team is an essential part of our demand generation program that identifies potential from inbound marketing leads and outbound lists and turns them into qualified opportunities for our senior sellers. This front-line group is the first point of contact for prospects - and sets the stage for all future interactions. We’re looking for hungry, passionate sellers who want to help customers get the most value out of our product  - you will personally make the connections between people and products, making sales possible. You'll spend time researching prospects and interacting with our prospective customers on the phone, video conference, and via email in order to qualify opportunities, answer questions, and generate interest and excitement for our products. This role will require you to manage a number of ongoing relationships, so you’ll need to be gritty, service-oriented, organized, and ready to hustle. We have a seasoned sales team that knows how to execute and a product that our customers love—including customers like Okta, Zoom, and Dropbox. The BDR role provides a great opportunity for someone that is interested in joining a great team, learning how large-scale SaaS sales/marketing operations work, and advancing their career with a company that cares.


  • Partner with AEs to execute outbound campaigns into named accounts.
  • Interact with leads from a variety of different channels via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Build out a target list of contacts for target accounts.
  • Conduct account research and build value pyramids and account relationship maps Identify and invite key personas to field events and executive round tables.
  • Organize and document your activities in
  • Consistently hit quotas and productivity goals.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
  • Demonstrate the capability to grow and take on more responsibility


  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise selling environment or 1+ year in a customer service/customer-facing role. 
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
  • The ability to influence others and build rapport quickly—especially over the phone.
  • Mature and confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player.
  • In addition to your educational pursuits, a history of extracurricular activities such as sports, student government, etc.
  • Willingness to try new ideas, concepts, and be wrong (but definitely learn from the experience).
  • Bachelor's degree and hunger to begin a sales career. stands alone in our ability to harness business activity to unlock growth for our customers.
