As the Talent Acquisition Manager-Campus and Hiring Programs, you will own, develop, and lead our new graduate and internship hiring initiatives across North America, with a mission to provide a best-in-class experience for candidates from various schools, bootcamps, and programs.  You are strategic, compassionate, and solution-oriented. Day to day, you will partner with various internal and external stakeholders to hire diverse top talent into a variety of roles across 1Password, including developing a program that allows for successful conversion of internship and co-op candidates into permanent hires.  You thrive working in a fast-paced environment, building and nurturing relationships, and understand the value of an engaging, high-touch candidate experience.
You will be working externally with career centers, program leads, and candidates, as well as internally with our HR and Talent leaders, VPs, and C-suite to design a successful campus recruitment program, and continuously look for ways to make 1Password an employer of choice for candidates.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for a corporate campus program or initiative; experience in a high-growth technology organization preferred
  • A subject matter expert and trusted advisor: you can guide and influence leaders and internal team members throughout the recruitment, internship, and conversion-to-permanent processes, and work in partnership to develop and execute sourcing, interviewing, and hiring strategies
  • You are strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized.  You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a passion and commitment to diversity and candidate experience.  You recognize the importance of a high-touch process, and an inclusive candidate pool with diversity in hiring panels
  • You have experience identifying and implementing new tools, processes and ways to both optimize the hiring process

What you can expect:

  • Own the 1Password co-op/internship program in both the US and Canada
  • Develop a process of converting intern talent to permanent hires by tracking and evaluating successes and offer management
  • Identify target schools, bootcamps and other opportunities to recruit new grads, junior talent and co-op/internship students. Create opportunities to host talks, hiring events, information sessions and create awareness of 1Password opportunities
  • Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners and talent leads) to determine future talent needs and develop strategies to build a pipeline of talent and calendar of events
  • A work in progress - we are growing rapidly and we are looking for leaders who are excited to help create, define, and guide the hiring programs for campus, co-ops and bootcamps
  • Partner with other talent leads and talent operations to define, track and report key metrics. This includes performance goals and metrics, SLAs and partnering with talent, HRBP’s, and functional leads to ensure consistency in reporting and delivery
  • Build relationships with career center contacts and program leads, including exploring new opportunities.  Use research and data to determine the best opportunities for us moving forward
  • Partner with our Employee Brand Manager to help promote the 1Password brand on various career sites and at events
