We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our growing People Team!  The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to H1’s growth and success. Your time will be spent sourcing a pipeline of qualified candidates for our Product & Engineering business demands. This role will enable you to take ownership over sourcing projects and help us improve our recruiting efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1Reporting to our Recruiting Manager, you will serve as a sourcing recruitment expert partnering with the Engineering leadership team across the business to source and fill requisitions for Product & Engineering departments. You will provide strategic direction for sourcing and recruitment best practices to ensure a great experience for our internal stakeholders and candidates. 
You will:- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top of funnel talent across multiple disciplines- Identify, engage, and manage candidates through the recruitment process- Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness- Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard to fill roles- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry

REQUIREMENTS- 1-3 years previous sourcing experience (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)- Have experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams alike- Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action- Curiosity and problem solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges- Startup experience is plus
