SUMMARY: The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with the administration and support of the Talent Acquisition process. You'll work strategically with the Talent Acquistion management team and support the full-cycle recruiting experience that includes; delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and employing out of the box strategies for enhancement of the Talent Acquistion program.

  • This position is an hourly, non-exempt and full-time role.
  • This position is remote and/or option to work from any Newfront office location (with Pacific Time Zone preferred). #LI-Remote
  • This position reports to: Talent Acquistion Manager.


  • Support Talent Acquistion administration for all company hires. 
  • Create and maintain recordkeeping in Newfront Application Tracking System (ATS) records and other file programs.  Create and compile reports from database as needed.  Maintain records, reports and logs.
  • Maintain Recruitment files and data.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers on the preparation and presentation of employment offers to candidates.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • General administration, coordination and data entry as directed by Talent Acquisition Managers and other tasks or duties as assigned.
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
  • May manage and/or train the next level down


  • Solid communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette for customer service environment including listening without interrupting, using a clear and audible voice and responding calmly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge and use of standard features Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to ask questions and use resources and tools.
  • Works well with others in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues.  Must also work independently, with minimal direction.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes.
  • Ability to learn and adopt use of technology systems and software applications.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to screen details and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Ability to review internal/carrier deliverables to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain project plans and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to forge relationships and build trust with colleagues and team members.
  • Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn knowledge and trends.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.  (1-3 years preferred.)
  • Focus in People Operations experience preferred.
