In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Build, scale and manage a sales team from the ground up
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including lead generation and management, qualification, evaluation, deal-making, closing, and account care.
  • Create business operating systems, provide data analysis, and direct the sales team in business strategy and growth.
  • Design and iterate on sales compensation plans
  • Ability to do direct sales themselves to learn the business and value proposition while building a sales team

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Depth of experience in the hospitality industry (Point of Sale, Payment Processing, Reservations/Waitlist, marketplace or similar services)
  • Experience building and scaling teams from scratch
  • Willingness to “get their hands dirty” with direct sales while building team
  • Strong analytical / reporting background - operating off of data
  • SaaS experience considered an asset
