We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Program Lead, Market Expansion to join our dynamic team of 100+ people. You’ll lead expansion efforts across multiple marketplaces globally, helping to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our full portfolio of brands in both domestic and international markets. As Program Lead, you'll implement Benitago's multi-channel sales strategy, lead market optimization efforts across brands, and help design the organizational structure for our growing team.


Among many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Design and execute the GTM strategy for a growing portfolio of brands across multiple categories, taking a hands-on approach to launching products in global marketplaces
  • Own and manage partnerships with online marketplaces, optimizing existing product performance and leading new product launches to drive profitable growth
  • Prioritize marketplace expansion strategy, working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to lead growth efforts
  • Inform tooling infrastructure to support seamless integration across multiple marketplaces and platforms
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to develop a reporting foundation to manage product/brand performance and inform growth efforts

Requirements

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have 3-5+ years’ experience in analytics and operations at an e-commerce company
  • With exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy, you are able to build and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You have strong analytical prowess; experience with SQL and Excel is essential
  • You’re skilled at project management and can develop and execute multi-dimensional project plans
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and strong time-management and organizational ability
  • You’re self-motivated, with a desire to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
