What We’re Looking For:
Robin’s Marketing team creates awareness campaigns, develops new lead generation channels, and evaluates data-driven results to accelerate the brand and drive opportunities for the sales team. We are hiring a Marketing campaigns and events manager who will help advance the company’s revenue goals by creating engaging virtual Robin branded events as well as evaluate and execute on sponsored events.

You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on event management and execution, e.g. webinars, trade shows, customer conferences, etc. 
  • Independently led webinar and event programming, promoted and coordinated event management for the purpose of lead generation, identified new events, managed lead collection. 
  • Used a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Assisted in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
  • Helped communicate weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals and other KPIs.
  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including c-level, to ensure goals are met.
  • Experience working in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Strive to be well-organized, excel at communication, work successfully across a multitude of departments and levels.
  • Emphasize creativity and thoughtfulness, keeping in mind the audience and the goal.

It’s An Added Bonus If You:

  • Have held responsibility for attaining a lead generation and/or related funnel metric.
  • Have a defined process for planning future campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Have supported campaign-based acquisition strategy utilizing offline and online channels including Search, Email, Display, Paid Social, Direct Mail, Pay Per Click/Pay Per Lead and Events.

COVID-19 Policy
For office access, all Robinauts and visitors must provide documented proof of vaccination against COVID-19. If documentation is unavailable, Robinauts and visitors can provide either:- A negative COVID-19 test with results dated within 72 hours prior to their accessing the office, every time they access the office- OR for regular office users, proof of negative COVID-19 testing on at least a weekly basis.
