The campaigns specialist will be responsible for developing and executing multi channel campaigns tying together stakeholders in marcomm, bdr and demand. We are looking for someone who has experience with full funnel marketing and lead nurturing, is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can deliver/communicate results.

Your Primary goal will be to nurture our existing database into MQLs & 1st meetings, but your secondary goal is to generate top of the funnel contacts. You will do this through your expert facilitation of cross-departmental campaigns, resourcefulness, and genuine passion for the customer.

What You Would Do 

  • Campaign management: Work closely with Demand Gen, Marketing Communications and BDR Team stakeholders to develop the campaign strategy, messaging, and assets for full-funnel campaigns focusing on the elements below:
    • Email Marketing: develop emails for content & events, Nurture streams and workflows to existing database
    • Webinar Program: continue to operate and build out our webinar program to nurture our existing audience
    • Paid Strategy: Work with our Growth Marketing Analyst to develop strategic paid plans for each campaign
    • Partner marketing & sponsor program: Own and leverage partners within the Cobalt network to create joint marketing campaigns either earning marketing dollars (sponsors) or marketing leads (partners) to get more out of our existing programs
  • Analyze: Partner with marketing operations/revops to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics, to shift and improve campaign strategy
  • Lead management and scoring: Own the hubspot lead database ensuring leads are scored correctly and work with GTM team to make sure leads are routed with the correct information to decrease “speed to lead” 

You Must Have

  • Knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools
  • 3+ years of campaign marketing and management experience for software companies
  • 3+ years in a marketing role at a startup 
  • Experience running lead gen campaigns
  • Self starter with experience optimizing and improving results using data to fuel your decisions

Nice to Have

  • Previous Salesforce experience
