The Organizational Performance Partner is part of the global Performance Center of Excellence team whose purpose is to enable current and future performance results.  This critical role partners with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and Business leaders to support the assessment, enablement, and acceleration of individual, team, and organizational results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions with BU leaders identifying what is needed to achieve their performance results
  • Leverage global performance drivers to support priority business units’ (BU) achievement of performance results:
  • Support Performance Management
  • Facilitate organizational and BU OKR / KPI setting process
  • Ensure understanding of the Performance Management practice
  • Plan Coaching and Feedback learning series
  • Plan support in accordance with priority business shifts
  • Enable identification of and solutioning for learning and development needs
  • Facilitate BU learning and certification goals
  • Enable 180 Core Competency assessments
  • Partner with Rackspace University on solutions and offerings that close priority skill gaps
  • Optimize BU learning spend opportunities, ensuring healthy spend habits
  • Leverage and create Organizational Performance programs to solution for performance needs
  • Design performance interventions based on priority business needs assessment
  • Facilitate Retention Planning
  • Enable Career and Succession Planning
  • Leverage Change Management best practices
  • Deliver Performance and Learning Dashboards that track performance drivers

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-7+ years in Performance Management, Talent Development, or overall HR
  • Experience working with senior business leaders and executive leadership teams
  • Experience solutioning for business needs with HR Business Partners and other HR COEs
  • Program Development and Management and excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to use a wide range of data for needs analysis, solutioning, and dashboard creation/presentations
  • Proven bias for action, excellence in execution, and accountable for delivering results
  • Thrives in a global, virtual, fast-paced, agile working environment that pivots with shifting priorities for quick turn-around deliverables
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter and able to deliver both independently and in team environments
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools
  • Preferred experience with design tools such as Articulate or authoring tools
