The Trial Onboarding and Provisioning Specialist will be responsible for helping our clients who are trialing a part of the software to get set up for success. This role will be essential to the success of our clients adopting different areas of our software.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Scheduling and conducting meetings to ensure the clients have access to resources and the ability to get the system set up to have an effective trial
  • Accurately recording the status of these trials in Salesforce and reporting the numbers to leadership
  • Provisioning of accounts and some data entry tasks as well in a normal workweek.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Communication and organizational skills will be essential for this role.
  • Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees, customers, and external parties
  • PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
  • Basic skills - demonstrates ability to organize, perform and track multiple tasks accurately in short timeframes; able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple demands; able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player; demonstrates adaptability, analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail
  • CentralReach knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Project Management - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce - experience a plus but not required
  • Attention to detail - a must
