The Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a strategic and critically important role in supporting Graylog’s growth while enhancing the culture of the company. As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment for the company. You will lead a high-functioning recruitment discipline that develops the strategy required to execute on aggressive growth initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership to define the requirements, challenges and objectives for all positions. 
The preference is for this position to be located in either Houston or Denver. The role will be a hybrid remote/in person with the employee able to determine their schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the full lifecycle recruitment of positions while leading the overall talent acquisition strategy for Graylog.  
  • Partner closely with business partners to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to strategically meet headcount & hiring goals
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
  • Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
  • Leverage data to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes for operational efficiency
  • Partner with key stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and drive proactive sourcing and closing strategies
  • Set team performance goals and metrics, & setting a tracking process to measure and manage progress
  • Continue to build and iterate on our process as we evolve our high-volume recruiting process
  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to hiring

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; preferably for an innovative and scaling technology organization1+ years of leadership experience in the talent function - not necessarily managing a team but involvement leading initiatives is required
  • Thorough understanding of the challenges associated with hiring in a tight labor market as well as the skills required to overcome those challenges
  • Ability to lead a globally distributed recruiting team 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish a common goalAbility to utilize data and metrics to story tell
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience within a recruiting organizationOperational Leader skilled in process improvement and implementation
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and instill trust in a team of high performers
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate with experience building diverse team
  • Flexible and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world
  • Bold and self-aware, clear communicator
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
