The role:PointClickCare seeks an Integration Consultant to lead data interoperability efforts between PointClickCare and major EMR systems, like Cerner, Meditech and Epic. You will integrate clinical data between hospitals and long-term care facilities with the goals of streamlining readmissions, sharing information with families, and helping to ensure that vulnerable seniors receive the highest quality care. You will be focused on the Post-Acute Care Management (PAC Management) products at PointClickCare. Who you'll work with:●        Integration engineers, who perform the hands-on technical work to configure interfaces, including managing Rhapsody interfaces and calls to the PointClickCare web APIs.●        Project managers, who organize the work for the projects you will be involved in.●        Configuration specialists, who configure our application.●        Customer success, who manage the long-term customer relationship.●        Product, who are responsible for product functionality, including new functionality that you and your customers will advocate for. What you’ll do day to day:●        Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously. This includes coordinating tasks, activities, schedules, meetings and conference calls customers, other teams, and vendor partners.●        Write and execute test plans and document test results.●        Manage integration incidents, including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting and analysis of incidents.●        Manage integration stability by troubleshooting and actioning urgent and critical alert notifications from the integration engine and third-party applications.●        Create and maintain documentation for PAC Management integration offerings for new EHRs●        Work collaboratively with other teams, customers and vendor partners to achieve successful integrations. Design workflow and integration diagrams for improving transitions of care. Skills and experience we seek:●        2+ years’ professional experience in healthcare interoperability●        Proficiency with HL7 C-CDA structure and hands-on experience implementing C-CDA interfaces●        Experience with acute and post-acute clinical workflows●        Proficiency using SOAP and RESTful APIs●        Preferred experience with Cerner: C-CDA interoperability and/or clinical workflows●        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
