Position Summary:The Role: The Product Manager is responsible for the delivery of new features, functionality and products that create compelling value to our customers and drive strategic growth for the company and our clients. You will act as a key innovator and contributor in the ultimate success of the assigned product. You will work closely with our development team in enhancing our existing products and also building new products. The PointClickCare team uses agile and user story/user experience driven development practices for new development as well as for product enhancements. This position will require frequent interaction with a cross-functional set of business stakeholders and software engineers, require strong communication and facilitation skills, excellent organization skills and will be the 'the voice of customer' regarding detailed software requirements. Who you’ll work with: The Product Manager will report to one of our Product Directors or Group Product Managers and will work as a peer to an already fantastic Product Management team. You will work closely with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, IT and customer success.  Key Responsibilities:Develop product roadmap through leading requirements gathering effortsGroom and prioritize backlogWrite user acceptance criteriaParticipate in standups, retrospectives, design reviews, and demosDrive efficiency across our scrum teamsWork with Implementation team to develop application/product training, technical and end-user documentationServe as an ambassador for our product team, driving strategic thinking around our productOwn throughput and ceremonies for at least one scrum team  Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in a product management functionExperience working in the health care industry is a plusKnowledge of Agile software development framework, architecture concepts and terminologyAbility to effectively and actively communicate with both business and technical stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and demonstrated willingness to drive projects to closureStrong deductive reasoning and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment under tight timelines, while adaptive to changeHigh comfort level interacting with colleagues and with various levels of client organizationsStrong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively addresses customer needsAbility to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols and procedures  Working at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives.
