This Is What You Will Do at UiPath

  • The Manager, East Field Marketing, Americas is focused on driving demand and customer advocacy to solidify UiPath’s leadership position amongst our target accounts in the East Area.  The position will drive integrated brand to demand generation campaigns and events that target prospects and customers from strategic accounts across the Americas to increase customer acquisition, utilization, pipeline and ultimately revenue. This role aligns closely with our East Sales leaders and is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing and optimizing marketing activities to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.  

Responsibilities

  • Build an integrated marketing plan for the East to acquire new logos, expand in existing accounts and drive pipeline 
  • Align and customize global and Americas campaigns to fit East Target Account needs 
  • Identify, build programs and manage engagement with relevant third-party event and program vendors 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the East Sales VPs and Account Managers 
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, customer pain points, buyer’s journey, key projects and initiatives and competitive landscape across UiPath’s East target accounts 
  • Leverage existing business tools to assess sales data and collaborate with Americas Marketing, Global Marketing, ABM Marketing, East sales teams, and Customer Success to plan and execute the marketing strategy to initiate new business at net new accounts and drive expansion in existing accounts. 
  • Collaborate with Global ABM to leverage the account-based marketing framework and strategy to drive sales and up-level executive relationships across East Account organizations- including custom events, webinars, email campaigns, direct mail, etc. 
  • Develop customer champion internal evangelist programs to expand UiPath’s solution throughout East target accounts 
  • Manage quarterly regional budget 
  • Measure ROI for all activities, analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement  

This Is What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

  • 5+ years experience developing and executing campaigns and events targeted to enterprise executives in the Americas; ideally in the software space 
  • A passion for and a proven track record of building high impact, memorable marketing programs from the ground up  
  • Proven digital and event marketing experience across multiple channels: email, paid search, web, etc. 
  • A customer-first mentality and strong orientation to customer advocacy and imaginative thinking  
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with Sales 
  • Strong collaborator with ability to interface with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
  • Solid discipline of building/instrumenting metrics to track, optimize and measure program contribution to KPIs 
  • Confidence to lean forward fast to delight customers and beat the competition   
  • Vulnerability, empathy and a sense of humor
