Overview of the role
The Team Leader is responsible for driving performance through engagement, motivation and ensuring a sense of belonging for every member of the team. It’s all about creating the right employee experience to deliver the right customer experience. You’ll be supported by Lead Advisors and Subject Matter Experts who will focus on knowledge and technical coaching to help your advisors provide great customer service. 
Key result areas: 
- Achieving operational KPIs- Team engagement, performance and length of service- Setting expectations- Two way communication - represent your team to the company and the company to your team- Be organised so your team know what their doing and when- Driving a culture Departmental relationships - Be an advocate for change

About you
- Proven success at managing a team in a fast paced customer service environment- Remote management experience is desirable- Emotionally Intelligent- Motivating and engaging- Excellent communication skills- Adaptable with a positive attitude towards challenges and change - Organised
Don’t forget though, you’ll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK.
What you’ll need
We’ll supply the equipment needed for you to do the role but you will still need a strong internet connection. Our minimum requirement for internet speed is 10Mbps Download and 4Mpbs Upload.
A dedicated, quiet work space with a work station, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air and no distractions. This cannot be a communal  space that is shared by other household members nor a through route to any communal space such as the kitchen.
