About The PositionContrast Security is looking for an energetic and creative person to build and drive the Sales Enablement activities of a high-growth company. This person will support Contrast Security’s global sales team through effective and efficient onboarding initiatives, tools, programs, systems & processes. You will work with various constituencies (marketing, product management, engineering, technical specialists, human resources, executive staff, etc.) to deliver a premier new hire class for individual contributors and leaders.
This role develops, implements and manages enablement programs to ensure that the sales organization is well-equipped with the content, training, and resources as well as the sales behaviors and competencies required to meet and exceed quota quarter over quarter. The ideal candidate should be ambitious and forward-thinking – someone who continuously sets the bar higher with the enablement programs. This candidate will have experience developing and delivering enablement programs with a global scope.
This position is US-based. There will be occasional travel required once reopened including off-site events.


  • Think strategically about Contrast’s sales strategy and build programs to cover market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training
  • Build and maintain enablement content materials to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Coordination, scheduling and facilitation of workshops and certification processes
  • Continual evaluation of sales certification processes/procedures/ enablement content; improve training effectiveness by participating in the development of new approaches, techniques and materials
  • Ongoing support for new sales hires as needed through coaching/mentoring activities
  • Manage mentor program and onboard new mentors
  • Build and facilitate practice and certification exercises in sales enablement coaching tools, virtual tools and in-person skill practice workshops
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and other internal stakeholders as required to develop programs and content to enhance selling success
  • Leverage strong project management skills to deliver programs on time, on budget and as defined within the project plan
  • Partner with sales teams to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve
  • Take the strategies, competitive plays, and differentiation created by the Product Marketing team and turn it into compelling and persuasive enablement for the sales teams
  • Define, measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs
  • High-Level Goals
  • Increase Rep Productivity by implementing new tools/programs that will help Sales Reps learn and execute effectively
  • Accelerate Opportunity Creation to Closurethrough instrumenting tools & AI to provide reps with the correct material, content, sales process techniques and specific milestones of the sales process
  • Improve Ramp Times through enhanced training solutions like Video, On-Line training Modules, Gamification, and more


  • 5-7+ years experience in sales enablement, designing/delivering training and coaching to sales professionals
  • Experience in designing programs and tailoring delivery methods include blended learning solutions and online tools such as webcast, podcast and eLearning/LMS (including online courses, videos, etc.) 
  • High energy, enthusiasm and passion for helping others succeed
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible and adaptable through growth and change
  • Experience teaching to account managers, technical experts, resellers and leaders
  • Strong project management skills combined with an ability to define key performance metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Ability and willingness to learn new online platforms and skills
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail and deadline-driven
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information into an easy-to-understand format
  • Exceptional people, presentation, verbal and written skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and have amazing multitasking skills
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners and corporate executives
  • Occasional travel may be required.  Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
