How many times in your career have you had the opportunity to come in and build a Total Rewards Program?  Are you eager to bring your ideas and experience to build something the right way and then scale and adapt it globally?  Dragos has that opportunity now! As the Total Reward Director, you will play a critical role on our HR team by aligning our compensation & benefit (Total Rewards) processes and practices.  This alignment is to support and elevate the execution of strategic objectives and initiatives, business growth, and the development of high-performing teams within our global organization.   You will leverage your expertise and strategically build and lead a team executing on those initiatives and serve as a consultative partner across the organization.   We will rely upon your comprehensive knowledge and application of compensation and benefits best practices in a large-scale hyper-growth global organization.  

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders, operations, talent acquisition, finance, and senior leadership teams to understand our employees and the organization’s needs related to compensation and benefits
  • Lead and evolve a strong team of experts in the field of compensation and benefits. Mentor and grow experts with strong business acumen and provide accessibility of development within the HR structure
  • Benchmark activities across all areas of rewards to elevate our understanding of our compensation competitiveness and evolve it over time to meet the changing landscape of our total rewards. Continue understanding and knowledge of emerging market trends to identify potential opportunities and gaps
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses using market data for assigned business; provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to maintain competitiveness
  • Partner with outside consultants to benchmark roles and confirm/establish market and geographical structures for the organization
  • Provide compensation analysis for new and redefined jobs including job description review, FLSA assessment, salary range assignment, and recommendations for pay adjustments

Requirements

  • 10+ years working in Compensation/Total Rewards positions with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience with various HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • Experience with full job architecture build-out
  • Global Compensation experience is preferred.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal skills; clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000
  • Base + Benefits + Equity = $245,000
  • Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
  • Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
