As an HR Business Partner, you will support as we enter into our next phase of growth. You will partner with business unit leaders to create a talent strategy that empowers the business to achieve its goals and objectives. The HRBP will provide strategic and tactical support to build high-performing teams and create a great employee experience.   • Act as a strategic and operational thought partner to your business unit’s leadership .
  • Advise and mentor managers on navigating employee relations, compensation, structure and leveling, employee engagement and culture development, organizational design, change management, employee communications, and people development.
  • Understand goals, opportunities, and challenges across each business unit, partnering with leaders to address opportunities/issues quickly and decisively.
  • Provide business leaders with data, findings, and recommendations of business unit health via trends in performance, employee engagement, manager feedback, and attrition.
  • Conduct investigations, recommend and implement corrective actions, and counsel employees and managers.
  • Develop and implement systems to create a culture of real-time feedback.
  • Collaborate with the larger People Org to improve people programs, services, and systems.


  • 3-4 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility and scope of influence.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a role acting as a thought partner to senior management.
  • Understand the core principles of workforce planning, organizational design, assessment and appraisal, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Progressive outlook on the people function (creating business value vs. policing).
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to diagnose employee issues from an unbiased & rational perspective.
  • Experience handling complex employee issues and difficult situations with grace, confidentiality, and ease.
