About the Role:As the Growth Insights Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in structured problem solving and data analysis, with the goal of developing compelling, synthesized insights and recommendations that support our growth strategy and enable the development of a “beat the previous week” culture. You will work with cross-functional teams and multiple data sets to monitor trends driving our performance, identifying strategies for improvement, and using data-derived insights to frame key decisions for our leaders. You will use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to leadership and mobilize teams towards execution.
Responsibilities·         Look at and analyze trends of marketing performance to provide actionable insights that support GTM strategy to meet our growth goals·         Identify and own performance improvement goals and work with the marketing team to manage the planning, reporting, and execution of performance initiatives·         Use available tools and resources to gather and analyze campaign performance data to develop overall campaign optimization strategies with the goal of increasing engagement, MQL generation, opportunity creation, and revenue generation of marketing campaigns·         Review data to gain an understanding of campaign breakpoints to achieving our growth targets, and provide data-led insights to help decision making across GTM teams·         Create intent portion of campaigns – understand the optimal channel mix to engage target audiences and create intent·         Manage the insights strategy and perform in-depth analysis on; how customers are responding to marketing messages and content, which paths customers are taking, when are customers buying, and what customers who buy look like and create action plans focused on optimization·         Analyze content performance specific to its ability to move buyers through the buying funnel and provide insights to optimize content strategy in campaigns·         Manage research projects using our data to create business plans that inform our growth strategy with a complete ownership of budget, resources, and project management·         Use available tools and resources to gather data and translate it into easy-to-understand actionable growth strategies to be shared with marketing and industry leadership teams·         Working with data-scientist to uncover opportunities hidden in our data and use the insights from statistical modelling, correlation analysis etc to inform campaign optimization strategies You are ideal for this role if:·         You have an inquisitive and analytical mind and love problem solving and data analysis, with the goal of developing compelling, synthesized insights and recommendations·         You are well-versed in aggregating data from multiple sources and are comfortable in platforms like Salesforce, Bizable, and PowerBI·         You are able to use data to understand and recommend short-term and long-term strategic visions for growth marketing and work to develop a well-rounded plan to support the organizations’ goals·         You are able to quickly pivot from strategy to execution·         You’re a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and spread your passion to those you work with·         You have the resilience and capacity to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and complexities.·         You have high personal and professional standards, a strong work ethic and are committed to delivering excellence
Qualifications·         7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in analytics and insights·         Strong analytical skills and a performance-oriented mindset·         Experience in developing and executing on successful marketing strategies and business plans·         Track record of success in entrepreneurial, high-growth organizations·         Demonstrated track record of driving KPIs and uncovering key insights using analytical tools·         Proven capability to manage large cross-functional projects aligned to a common set of goals and outcomes·         Excellent communication and presentation skills·         Experience working in the healthcare SaaS industry is strongly preferred.Working at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives.
