About the RoleLyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate for the Blended Care clinical programs to drive the long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable analyses, drive the complex analytics, translate that into recommendations, and drive the implementation 


  • Drive detailed analysis for strategic projects to enable Blended Care clinical program to reach ambitious long-term growth targets
  • Identify near-term operational risks in partnership with the Operations teams and use analytics to support solution development
  • Track program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences 
  • Support internal initiatives to build a world class team


  • 1+ years experience with management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
  • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Quantitative analytical skills (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets)  
  • Able to distill and communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics 
  • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
