Olo is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will improve visibility and adoption of Olo's platform. You will build full funnel marketing campaigns aligned with our overarching platform growth strategy throughout the sales and customer lifecycles. You will oversee all of the tactics used to organically generate leads and interest while using creative engagement tactics to guide prospects and customers through different funnels to our new products and features. You are passionate about building successful campaigns while ensuring optimization and growth. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage demand generation, campaign creation, and lead qualification for Olo products and services.
  • Develop inbound marketing programs, guide lead generation efforts, and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Plan full-funnel campaigns to targeted segments using lead scoring and grading for qualification (e.g., content, paid search, events, webinars, content).
  • Develop digital visibility for all of Olo’s products and services throughout the prospect and customer life cycle. 
  • Use Marketing automation and lead management to refine and measure all marketing tasks and workflows to satisfy the needs of our Sales team.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and campaigns that improve awareness and adoption of new products and features, with ongoing prioritization based on our needs.
  • Partner with multiple Marketing team members on campaign planning, customer segmentation, and overall communications calendar.
  • Guide prospects and customers through product communications including collateral, web content, email announcements and campaigns and thought leadership content with the right message at the right time.
  • Partner with Product Marketing leadership to influence adoption, track performance, and implement plans of Olo’s products and features in an iterative fashion.
  • Present campaign level details including pipeline generation, open rates, and other metrics (based on the type of campaign) to key Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
  • Track lead status by creating custom dashboards for campaigns using marketing automation software (Hubspot, Salesforce).

What We’ll Expect From You

  • 3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation marketing leadership for a growth-stage software technology company.
  • Experience with building demand generation in SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
  • Experience creating strategy through acquiring knowledge of the product, company, and target market.
  • Return on InvestmentI-tracking skills and ongoing management of performance indicators KPIs.
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing numerous projects and goals across deadlines, meeting deliverables, and keeping team members informed of status as it changes.
  • You have a legal right to work in the U.S., without the need for Olo sponsorship.
