Field Marketing Manager


The Field Marketing Manager position is responsible for digital and physical events supporting marketing, sales, and product. A successful Field Marketing Manager has an understanding of how events support sales and marketing goals as well as our audiences of Healthcare industry executives, product executives, and software developers. They enjoy taking charge of events, detailed planning, proactive communication, and delivering memorable marketing experiences both digitally and in the real world that support our sales goals.- Redox is driving a generational shift in the way technology is used in healthcare. 
Redox is the leading platform for data exchange in healthcare and counts over 300 companies as customers -- ranging from early-stage startups and scaling unicorns to established Fortune 500 companies. Redox is looking for a Field Marketing Manager that will coordinate & produce events both virtual and physical. This includes Redox’s presence at tradeshows as well as the company’s self-hosted customer conference. The ideal candidate loves events and thinking about experiential marketing. They are comfortable translating marketing messaging to specific audiences, markets, and channels. They are good at organizing people from across the organization to support an event's success.


  • Support marketing team’s goals target dates for events across digital and physical channels.
  • Identify internal Redox resources and facilitate their preparation for participation in events.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver digital events 
  • Develop event promotion materials and work with demand generation to advertise
  • Write and send event marketing materials on behalf of or as event host
  • Coaching some event participants on content, structure, tech setup
  • Manage event software, question & answers
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver physical events that support Redox marketing, brand, and sales strategy in both self-hosted and third-party conferences
  • Booth production, printing, or coordinating digital sales support materials, managing outside vendors for event spaces, food and beverage service, private meeting space, and coordinating with Redox staff
  • On-site management, decision making, and event promotion
  • Identify and facilitate Redox participation as speakers at external events
  • Manage, lead collection, and the reporting for all events

Your Background

  • Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through event marketing.
  • Exemplary communication and project management skills without fear of over-communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams.

We'd Love If You Have:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Are comfortable with occasional travel
  • Worked with Crowdcast, On24, or Event Bright
  • Handled hybrid marketing events
