About your role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Manager to advance our mission to help companies rise above the noise and elevate relationships. We will be looking to you to create and strategize content that’s impactful and keeps people engaged. You will lead and organize the creation of content aimed at educating and acquiring customers through their journey in evaluating sending platforms. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Content Marketing, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to generate creative ideas, manage editorial calendar, write content briefs, and ensure the distribution of assets.

  • You are creative and love to brainstorm, experiment, and think outside the box. 
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Deadline-driven.
  • You see content in many different ways. You can take an idea and break it down to many forms of content including blogs, videos, and graphics.
  • You are process-minded, always looking for opportunities to improve how the team collaborates.
  • You have a deep understanding of SEO and how it works. You aim to achieve our team goals and objectives.

Your Typical Day:

  • Develop content marketing programs and work with teams to ensure that content is consistent and speaks to our audience.  
  • Be involved! Collaborate internally and with external industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Help execute our content strategy to ensure we are creating content that supports our goals. 
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and content roadmap.
  • Manage blog content. Make sure content is informative, relevant, and engaging.
  • Create content briefs and provide them to content creators.
  • Write and copy edit content which includes blogs, videos, and website landing pages.
  • Transform the old into the new. Help repurpose content into new pieces to keep it fresh and informative.
  • Help manage a team of content creators and ensure the final delivery of content.
  • Collaborate and distribute final content to teams.
  • Manage library of content.
  • Regularly track and measure content and make sure it aligns with our SEO and advertising goals. Help define success metrics.


  • At least 7 years of experience with B2B content marketing (please include a portfolio in your application).
  • Experience working closely with digital marketing and demand generation teams.
  • Previous journalism experience gains extra points!
