About the Job:
We’re looking for a Procurement and Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic 55+ people team. We’re on a mission to become one of the top #25 third-party sellers on Amazon within the next 5 years. Currently, we are in the top #1000.

Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
● Identify product needs and submit Purchase Orders (POs), considering inventory levels and lead times well in advance of actual need
● Follow up open orders with suppliers to be dispatched on time
● Get quotations from freight forwarders and confirm the shipment
● Work cooperatively with customs agencies to ensure the customs clearance is completed on time
● Track all open orders and incoming overseas containers and provide accurate ETA's to Operations Team
● Track all POs and delivery dates
● Confirm supplier, forwarders, customs agencies' invoices with the finance team
● Work with Forecasting and Operations teams to ensure received items are updated in the system to reflect the latest inventory levels
● Cooperate with suppliers to determine the improvement points on supply chain processes
● Work with freight forwarders to ensure the POs shipped on time
● Ensure all data in ERP system is up to date
● Work effectively with product development, operations, forecasting and finance departments, using a holistic approach
● Work with new or existing vendors to develop relations and research cost reduction opportunities; analyze and recommend options.


Do you have what it takes?
● BA in business, operations management, engineering or related field
● Minimum 3-4 year experience in purchasing and managing Inventory
● Experience in ERP, MS Office, G-Sheets
● Familiar with E-Commerce and experience working with Chinese suppliers is a plus
● Must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
● High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve in a fast paced environment
● Based in US or UK
