Reporting to the Chief Community Officer, this position is an opportunity to build out a best-in-class events team and lead the events function for our key customers and growing community. As an events leader at Ironclad, you will work with the marketing team to ensure we have a cohesive narrative for each event we attend by connecting and building relationships with VIPs and setting up meetups post-event. You will work closely with the sales team to identify accounts/customers to showcase at Ironclad events, develop relationships with our customer community to ensure we’re developing the right content, and evaluate our approach to customer swag and develop a process to brings more swag to more customers, more often.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build an events strategy that defines the legal tech industry and makes every event “unforgettable”
  • Plan and execute events in North America primarily but with some coverage across the globe
  • Work closely with the Community and Marketing teams to ensure Ironclad has industry leading, world-class events
  • Work collaboratively to plan (virtual and IRL) events including: community events, live streams, regional meetups, and bespoke programs
  • Drive our master events calendar and own our events budget, including our participation in sponsorships, participation, and/or attendance at industry events
  • Work with the team to measure the impact of events on Community, business priorities, key markets and customer needs
  • Inject Ironclad’s brand, culture, and vision into events that delight attendees and drive key business goals
  • Plan and executing events from start to finish, including: calendaring, travel, invitations, swag/giveaways, and attendee management
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to track and measure the success of events and develop strategic and thoughtful lead nurture plans
  • Develop close relationships with our customer Community and work closely with Ironclad champions, product users, speakers, to plan amazing community events

  • You are comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time
