About the Role:
Matterport is looking to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with our GTM business partners to deliver and support business process automation, systems implementations and integrations, and provide on-going support of systems enhancements and issues resolution.  The position can be remote while our headquarters are in Sunnyvale, California and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Business Applications.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement new applications. Gather and document current and to-be processes. As needed, act as project manager to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Act as primary for CPQ administration including providing support for new features and functionality, troubleshooting existing issues, training users.
  • Partner with other systems owner on data integration mapping and solutioning. 
  • Ensure that we are updated on the latest versions of software supported. Work with vendor on upgrade plans as needed.
  • Configure and administer systems supported by the Business Applications team.
  • Provide Functional testing and help coordinate UAT for system changes.
  • Act as liaison between business and IT. Stay abreast on technology trends.
  • Stay abreast on technology trends.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience administering and configuring Salesforce CPQ. Salesforce CPQ certification a plus.
  • Previous experience working on a project to implement Salesforce or Apptus CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of the order process from Opportunity to Invoicing.
  • Must have excellent customer service demeanor, strong verbal communication, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience authoring BRDs, process, and systems flows.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work tasks during shift.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple projects.
