Rackspace is looking for a Lead TA Partner to join our International Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment services to our EMEA business predominantly focused on our DACH region and will support with hiring across our Technical, Sales and Professional Services teams.  The role will need to deliver high quality level candidates and advance the Rackspace brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Rackspace selection process. It will involve full life cycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.  A degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organisation is required.
 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provides an effective and consultative service to all stakeholders
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders, vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility 
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Leverages online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates and participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
  • Develops a deep understanding of Rackspace and our culture and use this understanding to provide inspiring information to candidates about Rackspace, our business strategy and the opportunity
  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation in our recruitment system on all candidates, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities
  • Proactively provides data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders
  • Partners with HR and Talent Development to ensure we have a joined-up approach to talent management 

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience managing full lifecycle recruiting gained within the IT industry, previous in-house experience is advantageous  
  • Demonstrable experience using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top Sales and Technical talent
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders
  • The ability to influence stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations 
  • Solution orientated, able to solve recruitment problems and challenges
  • Creative approach to recruitment and ways to attract top quality candidates with the ability to present new recruiting concepts to Stakeholders
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • A drive for results, able to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed
  • Strong use of initiative, thinks ahead and can think and act independently
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently provide FANATICAL support and put the customer first
  • Process and data orientated, understands the importance of data within a talent acquisition function
  • Fluent in German and English
