The Mid Market Manager Role at Inflection is responsible for contributing to the strategic vision and growth of Inflection through new business development opportunities, by ensuring that we’re constantly exploring partnerships that could accelerate the growth of our business or enhance our customer experience.

The Trust & Safety APIs, SafeDecision and Insight, provide large online platforms and sharing economy companies with the tools to instantly ensure trust amongst their communities through API-driven background checks. AN INFLECTION SALES MANAGER WILL…

  • Onboard, train and manage Mid Market Sales Reps as well as be responsible for an abridged pipeline of leads and opportunities
  • Be intensely collaborative, constantly sharing ideas, qualifying ideas, and moving quick on the biggest and best opportunities
  • Be relentlessly tenacious in the pursuit of new opportunities that could better Inflection
  • Develop and negotiate new partnership agreements, collaborating with Legal and other members of the organization, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance
  • Track and communicate pipeline and metrics during team and company-wide meetings as well as present to executive team
  • Demonstrate a certain standard of excellence and take pride in the work that they do
  • Responsible for onboarding, continuous training and coaching of MM sales representatives Continuously assess and propose improvements on sales processes to promote operational efficiencies Strategize on outbound / all bound efforts including target accounts, outreach and value proposition

QUALIFICATIONS...

  • BS/BA - or equivalent work experience in a highly technical work environment. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B Corporate Sales experience, preferably in the Software / SAAS industry
  • 2+ years experience in sales leadership
  • Demonstrated experience effectively identifying areas of opportunity, seeking out potential solutions, and bring said solutions to life
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
