The role:We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join us in obsessing about transformational technology as part of our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the Product team responsible for our top revenue-generating products. You will be responsible for supporting partnership pipelines, implementing creative features, and managing squad priorities. You will work with the squad Product Manager to define your product's strategy and roadmap, working closely with sales, business development, design and engineering. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand in great detail your customer's pain points, support the development of your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to better address those points, and generate value for the business.
  • Discover creative business opportunities within our partner platform integrations and pitch these ideas to external parties
  • Manage customer requests for integrated products and oversee technical implementation of new integrations
  • Manage requests from key internal stakeholders on sales team and define priorities with engineering and design teams
  • Work with multiple opportunities from discovery to delivery and launch, including defining go-to-market strategies that aligned with the defined vision and strategy.
  • Work closely with shippers and with our Sales teams to get first-hand feedback on the tools and success of our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years work experience. Product development experience is a plus, but candidates with other client-facing backgrounds will be considered
  • Familiarity with APIs and logistics industry are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with numbers, skilled data manipulator.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and efficiently when dealing with different stakeholders in order to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
