About the role:As a Regional Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Manager, Demand Marketing, you will plan and execute regional demand generation campaigns for the Acute and Payer business segment to generate qualified opportunities for Sales. Your passion and high energy will help drive results and will have a positive impact on our business and the industry.  Are you ideal for this role?·         You love to work with not only cross functional teams such as sales, customer service, product marketing but industry associations and partners as well·         You have a high energy and motivation for creating campaigns from start to finish·         You have a passion for results-oriented marketing  ·         You enjoy what you do and that passion for Marketing spreads to those you work with·         You have good ideas, you want to try them and are not afraid to try these new things, even if they fail.  What you’ll be doing day to day:·         Develop and execute integrated regional marketing programs focused on creating awareness, interest and qualified sales leads and opportunities aligned with business and revenue goals ·         Work with Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Industry, and Product Marketing teams to ensure demand generation campaigns are integrated and supported through cross-functional readiness.·         Leverage relationships with regional associations, partners and industry influencers·         Intimately understand the sales cycle and buying cycles by segment to identify opportunities to maximize lead generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunities.·         Evaluate, analyze, and clearly report on program performance, demonstrating return on program dollars spent, recommending adjustments or changes as needed to optimize results.
Skills and experience we’re looking for: ·         Minimum 5 years of experience delivering marketing campaigns with demonstrated ability to exceed targets·         Experience in planning and executing B2B field marketing initiatives is an asset·         Marketing Knowledge – Understanding the execution of integrated campaigns, event-based marketing, metrics and analytics·         A self-starter who possesses excellent organizational, project management and communication skills ·         Able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner·         Proven ability to drive collaboration and teamwork in a fast-paced environment·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary·         Results-oriented with the ability to identify fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach lead generation and revenue goals·         Experience with commonly used marketing tools including web-based collaboration tools, CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce and Marketo) is an asset.·         Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a bonus
