The Customer Programs Intern will be a member of the Community & Customer Engagement team which lies within the Demand Generation Marketing department. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Engagement.
This is a hands-on role across multiple geographies in which you will play an integral part in the operation of customer relations, marketing programs, and customer advocacy.
This is a paid, part-time fully remote internship in the US anticipated to start on January 3, 2022.


  • Working involvement in departmental initiatives and programs, such as the customer reward programs.
  • Support with program promotion and follow-up.
  • Update the customer reference database with customer reference activities and assets.
  • Operational involvement in the planning, production, and roll out of installed base campaigns.


  • Availability to work part-time 20 hours per week
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can show initiative and has a drive to learn.
  • Background in marketing or public relations preferred
  • Self-motivated and dedicated; hungry to get started with a growing company in a thriving, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and contributive; takes initiative and follows through reliably
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a speedy learner
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • A team-player; always open to offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success and efficiency
  • Articulate and great communication skills
  • Fluent in French language highly desired

The range for this role for any candidates based in Colorado will be $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also be offered sick pay, holiday pay, and other benefits.
