What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead all aspects of new Client onboarding, educating them on Truepill’s APIs and
  • operations, providing best practices, avoiding any pitfalls, and helping clients to unblock
  • any obstacles during the implementation process
  • Identify, document, manage and communicate project status, plans, issues/risks, timelines,
  • action items, and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making,
  • ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders, identifying and
  • troubleshooting issues, and proactively engaging Client and project stakeholders
  • Partner widely across Solution Architects, Strategy and Operations, Product, Engineering,
  • Clinical and Operations to execute on deliverables and manage client expectations
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Program Management
  • Office processes, related SOPs, and supporting materials
  • Measure customer satisfaction in end-to-end delivery in order to mature and improve the
  • Implementation delivery cycle
  • Lead Implementation WBRs for the Diagnostics business and report out on project status
  • across the portfolio to senior management
  • Work in partnership with Growth, Product, and Engineering to set implementation timeline
  • expectations for prospective Clients and ensure adequate resourcing for incoming
  • programs

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years proven track record managing complex projects and technical implementations,
  • as an implementation expert or solutions architect
  • 3+ years in client service/client-facing roles, particularly with medium to large Enterprise
  • customers
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and presentation development skills
  • Experience in establishing PMO capabilities
  • High responsiveness and resourcefulness - ability to respond to internal & external parties
  • on short deadlines, with ability to prioritize quickly
  • Prior experience building and leading teams
  • Prior experience in a fast-growth start-up environment highly preferred
