Role OverviewAs a Program Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing productivity and overseeing the achievement of goals within ODM.
You will work directly with the ODM Program Director, Program Associates, as well as our Functional Ops and Experience teams. You'll also build relationships with On Deck Fellows and others on the On Deck team.
You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and take the lead while the ODM Program Director is away on maternity leave.
The ideal candidate for this role is able to lead with strong talent for project coordination, implementation, and delegation.

What you will do:

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain initiatives that adhere to program objectives.
  • Set project deadlines and track progress to help team stay on schedule while maintaining program standards.
  • Ensure program goals are reached by overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Optimize productivity by coordinating projects and delegating tasks.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and produce reports.
  • Develop leadership skills by working closely with Program Director before temporarily taking the lead on ODM.

Who you are:

  • Management expertise. 4+ years of experience in advanced management role and/or program management.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills within a remote environment.
  • Proven ability to strategize while implementing high-level program initiatives.
  • Passion for learning new skills and developing current skills.
  • Experience working for startups is beneficial.

CompensationThis role comes with a competitive salary, stock options, unlimited PTO, and employee benefits, including generous healthcare.
LocationOur team works remotely, and we are excited about candidates globally.  Please note that our team works on GMT-7 PST-friendly hours, so your location will affect your work hours, which may be difficult from Europe or Asia. Start DateYou would start as soon as possible.
