We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our People and Culture function. This new team member will be instrumental in scaling Talent Acquisition as we continue to make the retail world a better, more sustainable place.

At Nextail, we empower retailers to create better experiences while using fewer of the world's resources. The cloud-based platform uses artificial intelligence, prescriptive analytics, and optimization to deliver agile merchandising decisions. To date, we’re backed by more than $12M in funding from leading venture capital investors and are working with global retailers like Versace, River Island, and Pepe Jeans.

Our Talent Acquisition function exists to bring the best talent to Nextail. We are on the path of accelerated growth and transformation from a start up into scale-up ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on challenges, loves creating and improving on existing frameworks and is a great leader. She/he has already experience in scaling Talent Acquisition function and can take our talent operations to the next level.

Head of Talent Acquisition will report into VP of People and Culture, and partner with all the functional teams in order to attract best talent and create coherent candidate experience across the organisation.

You will:

Function leadership:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy with aim to attract, identify and hire the best talent

  • Design, improve and influence our recruitment process and employer branding strategies

  • Ensure best practices are implemented and shared by the internal hiring teams

  • Set up and drive recruitment metrics

  • Ensure our hiring goals are met across organization

People Leadership

  • Practice servant leadership in order to bring the best out of your team and colleagues

  • Be a role model and inspire all Nextailers

  • Influence culture and people practices that promote a high performing, one-team culture and vision


  • A Talent Acquisition leader/Senior recruiter who has scaled function/ recruitment for a business unit in order to respond to high hiring needs

  • A subject matter expert in at least Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • An innovator able to apply progressive best practices to our organization

  • A culture driven, innovative, solution oriented individual with a curious personality and passion for creating value

  • An excellent communicator with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills

  • Native level of English is a must, any other European language will be a plus.

  • Experience of recruitment of tech profiles will be a big plus.
