This Is What You Will Do at UiPath:Create the overall company framework to identify, capture, and amplify customer stories to help drive a customer first focus and inspire new ways to use and go big with UiPath automation. Drive creation of a robust catalog of big and remarkable stories to give customers reassurance by seeing adoption patterns and ROI of other successful, big customers. Establish a customer story discipline to ensure we capture stories with the desired company product, and brand themes and to accelerate and scale story development globally.  Key Responsibilities•       Establish and evangelize a customer story framework to drive creation of new remarkable stories that connect to the company narrative and accelerate and scale story development globally•       Define and align on big and remarkable customer stories to drive Brand leadership, inform the investment community narrative and help Sales close large and strategic deals•       Create robust and dynamic catalog of stories, leveraging existing (FORWARD IV) and new sources (quarterly earnings) that enhance customer and market confidence and inspire new ways of using automation to drive net retention rate and new logo acquisition in targeted industries and lines of business•       Map the customer story pipeline from identification to production to approval to amplification to identify bottlenecks and create process and conversion improvements and ongoing reporting•       Collaborating across UiPath, greatly enhance the internal UiPath experience to make it easier and faster to find and access big customer stories•       Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Global Campaign, ABM, Regional Marketing, Industry, Investor Relations and Sales teams to understand their requirements for big customer stories and deliver stories to meet those needs•       Serve as key point of contact in Marketing for large customers that agree to advocate globally for UiPath•       Manage customer engagement for large-scale global events, e.g., UiPath Live, FORWARD IV•       Evaluate and manage new customer reference platforms and tools to incent and engage more customers to advocate for UiPath  Requirements•       Deep knowledge of UiPath and passion for delivering our company purpose and mission as told through remarkable customer stories•       Ability to connect dots, identify customer opportunities and knock down walls to get the story •       Executive presence and strong collaboration and influence management skills to engage and interact with customer executives•       Creative marketer with strong orientation to quality and passion to represent the Brand•       Results orientation – proven ability to create plans, drive execution, engage and leverage key stakeholders and deliver outcomes on time and within budget•       Solid ability to define end to end processes, identify areas of opportunity and create actions plans to improve conversion and utilization of customer stories •       Humble – great listener and collaborator across Marketing, Sales, Customer and Partner Experience, Customer Success, Investor RelationsLife at UiPath can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
