Job Summary: 
Treasure Data began by offering data warehousing and processing services, since then we’ve moved further up the value chain with our Customer Data Platform application (CDP) which transforms millions of data points into profitable customer experiences.  
The Manager, Sales Operations/Salesforce will play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing our platform data and tools for a world class sales organization. You will help build optimal processes and strategies and update the technology to increase automation and efficiency. Your mission is to have data and information flowing seamlessly so that the Sales team can focus on what they do best – creating and closing deals. Success requires leadership skills, business acumen, a great analytical mind, and the ability to collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Team. You must also possess team resource management experience as this role will be responsible for a team of SFDC experts, admins, and developers who will improve, enhance, and maintain the global Salesforce platform. Therefore, leading by example to build trust/rapport while hiring/growing a team is a must.  
Responsibilities: - Responsible for strategy regarding lifecycle management in sales tools and systems - As subject matter expert in Sales Operations, you will manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and contractors to improve, develop, and maintain the Salesforce instance- Manage and execute data integrity projects in Salesforce and integrated platforms- Create and update Salesforce users, security, profiles, fields, page layouts, and records- Identify and create sales processes to drive increased data quality pro-actively- Design, create, and update reports and dashboards in Salesforce- Partner with Marketing Operations to design strategies to support lead management process and automation in Salesforce and integrated platforms (LeanData, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)- Work with the other departments closely to review and improve standard & consistent workflow- Assist with execution of Go-To-Market technology enhancements, modifications, and configuration- Work cross-functionally amongst all Treasure Data groups to support projects and ad hoc initiatives- Execute Quality Assurance tasks and support change management in Salesforce CPQ- Create operation manual and train reps, if we have any update regarding SFDC and/or any sales systems 
Requirements: - Salesforce Administrative Certification required- 2+ years managing Salesforce admins, resources, and/or contractors- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related positions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment- Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating and managing systems, processes, reports/dashboards, Workflow Rules/Process Builders/Validation Rules, and modifying- Salesforce for a global Sales TeamWho we are: Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven and customer-obsessed.
