Your Mission The purpose of the Growth services team is to support the adoption of UiPath Test Suite, which is strategically adjacent, yet requires a different implementation and go to market from the Automation Platform Enterprise in place today. UiPath Test Suite is designed to draw from the strengths of the core Automation platform via software integration, which creates greater overall platform value versus stand-alone offerings.    The Director, Application testing services role directly supports the implementation   The role encompasses the following:   1. Deep product expertise on UiPath Automation Platform in general and knowledge of UiPath Test Suite  2. Excellent knowledge about the ASQ market and competitive landscape.  3. High-level aptitude and willingness to learn new things  4. Collaboration with other UiPath team members (Sales, CSM, Product, Marketing, Product Management)  5. Ability to translate customer asks to product related features and functionality  6. Putting the success of a customer first  7. Solid understanding of quality assurance practices in customer implementations  
The role is remote based anywhere in the US.

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Drive expansion of growth product playbooks to application testing and creation of application testing implementation frameworks 
  • Engage with customers QA Management to discuss implementation strategies  
  • Define, design and deliver proof of concepts (POC), pilots and implementations 
  • Track and manage engagements (POC’s, Pilots, Implementations, Product adoption)  
  • Create analysis on delivered services engagements (Win/Loss, Customer feedback, etc.)  
  • Focus on key customers to drive successful implementations, use cases, and references. (HAPO, Focus deals, T600)  
  • Assist and respond to large RFIs and RFPs related to Enterprise Testing services proposal in partnership with the services goto market team 
  • Find opportunities to regularly contribute to communities, foster relationships with other influencers, and build a following for UiPath Test Suite  

This is what you'll bring to UiPath:

  • BA/BS (or MA/MS preferred) in Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or other related fields  
  • Relevant work experience with one of the leading testing (ASQ) vendors.  
  • Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or similar) products and solutions  
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise software services sales, consulting, or business development with a background in Software Testing  
  • Solid knowledge of agile software development and continuous testing, including CI/CD pipelines  
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide testing strategies, methodologies, and value drivers  
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty  
  • Skillful at building long term relationships with executives and key stakeholders  
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops  
  • Passion for making customers successful  
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate conflict and foster open communication  
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Good English skills, other languages are a plus  
  • Ability to adapt to the market
