  • Serve as a liaison to and is responsible for assisting department managers, employees and potential employees with all aspects of human resources including recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, compensation, payroll and benefits
  • With a strong customer contact and service focus, performs support functions that may include entering employee data, processing new hires, scheduling/coordinating interviews, conducting new employee orientations, etc.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to help make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitors and maintains employee record systems
  • Helps manage day to day internal human resources issues by identifying needs, providing solutions, and setting and managing internal client expectations through effective communications.
  • Monitors and maintains employee benefits, employee self-service application and vendor relationships
  • Independently collects and submits required reporting to include, but not limited to EEO-1 reporting, diversity metrics, turnover, HR metrics and headcounts
  • Independently maintains global organizational charts and prepares reports for leadership, as requested
  • Completes verifications of employment
  • Timely responds to HR-related queries within the company
  • Independently monitors and supports all leaves of absence programs
  • Collaboration with Learning & Development on employee growth and development initiatives
  • Maintains organization-wide Gallup assessments and coordinates applicable training
  • Actively participates in TEAM’s Culture Committee as a liaison for HR
  • Partnership with leadership to research, analyze and implement employee retention tactics
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


  • From 2 to 3 years’ experience in business related field
  • Recruitment, analysis/problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to provide process improvement suggestions and implement changes
  • Experience with conflict resolution best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective relationships with leadership and employees
  • Skill in multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently as well as with, or contribute, to a work group/team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Skill in interacting with external customers
  • Skill in oral and written communication
  • Ability to perform administrative activities
  • Empathy and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Minimal travel required
