The Role 
One Concern is growing rapidly and we are looking for a passionate, mission-driven Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support three (of our seven) C-level executives - handling a wide range of complex and confidential responsibilities. You’ll also act as our on-site office manager and coordinate the redesign of our Menlo Park office.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform extensive calendar management and travel planning for internal and external meetings
  • Manage C-level daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses along with appropriate prioritization
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistant to streamline coordination initiatives and to help drive completion of key projects
  • Support the redesign of our Menlo Park office by acting as our in-office point of contact for vendor deliveries
  • Ensure daily office operations run smoothly by managing office supply inventory, event coordination, scheduling conference rooms, along with coordinating snacks and beverages

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar position
  • 1+ years of experience supporting senior-level executive(s)
  • Experience managing executive’s calendars, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize according to business needs

Nice to Haves

  • Experience managing office operations in a fluid startup environment
  • Experience with google suite
  • Experience coordinating Audio Visual technology for web conferencing events
  • Mission-driven and team focused
