The Professional Services team at Rackspace delivers a wide range of projects for both clients and business partners. The Project Coordinator role performs the administrative and operational work required to run the business and deliver to customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Administration of FinancialForce, including setting up new projects, creating and modifying assignments, timesheet adjustments, and running reports. 
  • Administration of JIRA and Confluence, such as creating new projects and spaces, handling user access requests, troubleshooting access and functionality.
  • As requested, facilitate internal meetings such as resourcing and utilization meetings as well as business performance reviews.
  • Support new hires in systems set up and direct questions to the appropriate Rackspace groups. 
  • Own and report on EM project review meetings, providing oversight and support for budget burn reports.. 
  • Provide project support for engagements where a traditional EM is not assigned. 
  • Support data analytics for the business including creating visualizations and dashboard creations. 
  • Provide back up support for additional operations tasks, including
  • Weekly and monthly reporting. 
  • Deck creation. 
  • Training content creation. 
  • Process documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 year’s experience in a project coordinator or project assistant role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills. 
  • Detail oriented with exceptional documentation and organizational skills. 
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to understand business reporting.
  • Able to work independently and manage and prioritize numerous incoming tasks. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
