As the Corporate Development/StrategyIntern, you'll work as part of the Corporate Development team collaborating with the Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, and work closely with the Manager, Corporate Development.
You'll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to Talend. This intern will distinguish themselves with a positive “can-do” attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves, all the while receiving exceptional training, and frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues. You'll gain real-world experience with one of the leading software companies in the world.
This is a rigorous, fully remote internship anticipated to start on January 3, 2022. Candidates who are currently enrolled in undergraduate studies at U.S. universities are eligible to apply. Successful interns may receive an offer to join Talend as a Summer Corporate Development Analyst for the following summer or as a full-time Corporate Development Analyst after the completion of your degree.


  • Collaborate with FP&A team members in all aspects of evaluating potential merger & acquisition activities and their impact on the company’s financials
  • Build adjacent industry landscape analysis and help shape strategic thesis
  • Conduct industry and fundamental analysis, build financial models, create and deliver presentations, and work with other key business partners to develop perspectives and insights
  • Assist the Manager, Corporate Development with special projects and M&A execution as needed

The range for this role for any candidates based in Colorado will be $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also be offered sick pay, holiday pay, and other benefits.
