What You'll Be Doing:

  •  Collect, refine, implement, and maintain the quality of product master data used in supply chain systems and other downstream management systems
  • Manage processes for material master, bill of materials, supplier pricing within ERP system
  • Run reports of newly added materials, BoM’s and perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy
  • Provide master data reports and analytics not available to other users upon request
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance materials master data governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), naming convention and other data standards
  • Project Lead on the design and implementation of the ERP Inventory Management system
  • Understand data requirements of different groups and analyze dependencies and impact
  • Ensure that all data is up to date and accurate and that the information is reliable for all users
  • Maintain accurate inventory reconciliation between WMS & ERP systems
  • Coordinate processes to maintain Product level software controls
  • Works closely with other business units throughout the organization as appropriate

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5+ years of experience maintaining electronic and physical record compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Google SuiteChange control and/or configuration management
  • Netsuite experience preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; must be detailed-oriented
  • Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner under general supervision
