ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Customer Growth Manager to join our Customer Success Team. This role is responsible for increasing the investment of Reviewtracker's existing customers. The customer success team at ReviewTrackers serves as a blend of account management, product enablement, and customer support. How you will make an impact:

  • You will be responsible for increasing the investment of ReviewTrackers’ existing customers while working cross-functionally with our Customer Success Managers
  • You will engage with our customers while taking a consultative sales approach
  • You will identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Who you will be working with:

  • You will report directly to the VP of Customer Success and Senior Growth Manager
  • You will work alongside our customer success managers

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You have experience in Customer Success and/or Sales in a SaaS environment (strongly preferred but, not required) 
  • You have experience collaborating with customer success, marketing, and sales teams
  • You have outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • You have experience operating in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment
