What You'll Be Doing:

  •  Act as a role model of Truepill’s values for the Customer Strategy and Operations teams and build on our customer centric environment
  • Lead your teams and strategies, translating company vision and objectives into tactical plans to meet our goals
  • Own the post sale customer experience and Net Revenue Retention across our customer base
  • Oversee our Strategic Customer offering and deliver through our professional services and operations
  • Design scalable process to support and engage with a rapidly growing customer base
  • Develop executive level relationships with our key customers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product to build and deliver a world class customer experience
  • Deliver meaningful strategic and tactical recommendations to executive leadership on customer trends and health
  • Improve the team through employee engagement, individual development, and motivation

What You'll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in Operations, Strategy, Client engagement and in a leadership position. Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Strong systems thinking who clearly understands how various operational groups (Sales,marketing, product, operations) interact with Customer Success
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes, set up key KPIs and work towards achieving them
  • Expertise in diplomacy and skill in negotiations
  • Demonstrable ability to navigate customer hierarchy with strong executive presence
  • Ability to hire, lead and motivate a team of high achieving customer operations leads
