This position will collaborate with functions across UiPath to execute AMER partner enablement from strategy through execution, for UiPath’s Focus Partners through our greater than 5000 partner eco-structure. The goal is to build the strongest partner enablement function within the RPA/Automation space in order to extend UiPath’s reach with a highly skilled workforce, and command a greater competitive advantage for UiPath and our partners.
Please note the role is remote based anywhere in the United States with the potential for travel up to 25%.

This is what you will do at UiPath:

  • Work with senior executive team to build/enhance a multi-role sales and technical partner enablement strategy, with an emphasis on technical enablement
  • Team with AMER Channel groups to ensure a bi-directional focus on meeting the strategic enablement needs of all UiPath partners
  • Team with all required groups including; all GTM groups, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Team with GTM Sales Enablement to ensure a cohesive program and user experience for partners
  • Team with GTM Technical Enablement functions to provide synergy within UiPath groups, and an exceptional partner experience
  • Lead the Partner Enablement Council to ensure all groups are represented and priorities are being successfully executed
  • Coach and guide partners directly with outcomes focused on successful Organizational Development Plans (ODP), execution of the ODP, and reviews during Channel/Partner QBRs
  • Develop partner enablement programs which address the comprehensive enablement needs, including; platform, products, industries, competition, value…
  • Develop programs which map to the partner journey; on-boarding, ongoing, on-demand, new product release, and their roles; sales, presales, customer success, developer, architect, business analyst, implementation engineer, and Chief Automation Officer
  • Oversee AMER partner enablement programs to ensure execution and ‘1’ program
  • Oversee IT platform requirements to ensure a seamless partner enablement experience
  • Develop and implement program enablement goals and performance standards, and report back to theater and AMER stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Actively participate in planning discussions with Channel and GTM leadership concerning emerging strategic initiatives

This is what you will bring to UiPath:

  • BS, MA, MS or equivalent experience in a business or technical field
  • 5-10 years related experience in Channel, Technical or partner enablement organization
  • Ideally prior GTM-related management experience
  • Proven experience working directly with partners
  • Proven track record of business leadership and success, has seniority and credibility and can effectively collaborate and influence at all levels
  • Ability to lead by example, from setting the vision and strategy through execution, measurement, and executive reporting
  • Superior facilitation skills
  • Results-oriented, ensuring that plans are implemented comprehensively, meeting and exceeding the objectives and targets
  • Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally, interacting with all levels of management, supporting organizations, AMER leadership and regional/corporate executives
  • Demonstrates proven experience of working with learning technologies that enable scale & consistency, in the most cost-effective manner possible.
  • Maintains a strong network of industry connections to act as an ambassador for UiPath
